1. Eligibility   

a. This promotion is open to 2023 Crusaders Members who meet the specified eligibility criteria. To be eligible for the competition, you must have purchased any 2024 Crusaders membership before 01/01/24.    

b. To be entitled to the competition prize, participants must have purchased their 2024 Crusaders membership product, either online, in person or over the phone with a Crusaders representative.     

c. All membership categories and products are eligible to be included in the draw.   

d. The membership must be a paid membership and complimentary memberships are not eligible.     

 

2. Notification of winning    

a. All winners will be contacted by the Crusaders before 21 January 2024.   

b. If winner(s) can’t be contacted in a reasonable time period or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Crusaders reasonable control, then Crusaders can award the complementary membership to another winner.

3. Eligibility deadline  

a. A 2024 Membership must be purchased before 01/01/24.

4. Prize  

a. The prize for the competition is two return flights from Christchurch to Melbourne, accommodation for 3 nights for two people, two 3day Super Round Hospitality Pass – inclusive of food and drinks at game and an iconic Melbourne activity on Saturday morning for two.  

b. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.  

 

5. Winner Selection  

a. The winner(s) will be selected at random (or by a panel of judges if specified) from all eligible entries received.  

b. The winner(s) will be notified within 20 days after the closing date.  

c. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.  

 

6. Privacy   

a. By purchasing a membership and therefore being eligible for the promotion, entrants grant the organizer the right to use their names, likenesses, and submitted materials for promotional purposes without further compensation.   

b. Personal information collected through transaction will be used solely for the purpose of drawing the winner, as well as the Crusaders Membership c. Programme and will be handled in accordance with the organizer's privacy policy.   

 

7. Termination and Changes   

a. The Crusaders may make changes to the terms and conditions if necessary, and such changes will be effective upon notification.
